Disassembly

1. Figure 78,shows complete control unit.



2. Mark the installation position of different covers,the

housing and the cable harness with the valve housing.

3. Loosen socket head screws.

4. Separate duct plate,1st gasket,intermediate plate and 2nd gasket from the valve housing.

5. Remove retaining clip.








6. Loosen socket head screws.

7. Separate cover from housing and cable harness. (S)Box spanner (Torx TX-27)-5873042002





8. Disassemble opposite cover.

9. Disconnect pressure regulator and remove cable hamess





10.Loosen socket head screws,remove fixing plate and pressure regulators (3x).

11. Loosen two socket head screws and locate housing provisionally,using adjusting screws.(Housing is spring loaded).Then loosen remaining socket and screws.

12.Separate housing from valve housing by loosening adjusting screws uniformly.

13.Remove components(Figure 87).

14. Remove opposite pressure regulators,housing and components accordingly (Figure 88).

this article mainly introduces the  installation of the doosanDX340LC crawler excavator cabin 2023.07 Doosan DMS-5 Data Monitoring System Diagnostic Software 1. Using a suitable lifting device, attach slings to four lift points on top of cabin (Figure 7). NOTE: Cabin weighs approximately 290 kg (639 lb). 2. Lower cabin into position on cabin floor. 3. Install four mounting nuts on four corners of cabin floor (2, Figure 9). NOTE: Mounting nut torque 20.2 kg•m (146 ft lb) 4. Install four hex bolts (3, Figure 9) in door side of cabin floor. 5. Install two hex bolts (1, Figure 9) in right side of cabin floor and one bolt (4) in front of cabin floor.
