 Test Instructions Tools: G2-SCAN testing software, hoses, and measuring cup Purpose: 

To determine the injector backflow rate with the engine off. 

Test Conditions

 - Key switch: ON position 

- Coolant temperature: -10 to 100°C 

- Fuel temperature: -10 to 100°C 

- Battery voltage: Above 7V

Test Method: After assembling the hoses and measuring cup to the return line, use the G2SCAN software's injector static test function to perform the test.

   Results: If the return flow rate is greater than the above values, the injector needs to be replaced.

How to Ignite the Fuel System Assisted Start of DoosanDX340LC Crawler Excavator Engine

This article introduces how to ignite the fuel system to assist in starting when the DoosanDX340LC Crawler Excavator engine does not start. 2023.07 Doosan DMS-5 Data Monitoring System Diagnostic Software If engine does not start, the fuel system may need priming. Prime the fuel system using the following procedure: 1. Stop Engine. 2. Open left side door and then there is fuel filter. Doosan Diagnostic Tool UVIM Support Doosan Excavators High Quality 3. Loosen plug (1, Figure 21 ) on top of fuel filter head. 4. Pump hand operated primer pump (2, Figure 21 ) by the fuel injection pump. Pump primer until fuel is present at plug hole in fuel filter head. 5. Tighten plug in fuel filter head. 6. Continue to pump primer pump until a strong resistance is felt. 7. Start engine and look for signs of leaks. Repeat procedure if necessary.

Using a suitable lifting device, attach slings to four lift points on top of cabin (Figure 7). NOTE: Cabin weighs approximately 290 kg (639 lb). 2. Lower cabin into position on cabin floor. 3. Install four mounting nuts on four corners of cabin floor (2, Figure 9). NOTE: Mounting nut torque 20.2 kg•m (146 ft lb) 4. Install four hex bolts (3, Figure 9) in door side of cabin floor. 5. Install two hex bolts (1, Figure 9) in right side of cabin floor and one bolt (4) in front of cabin floor.
