How to Solve the Problem of no Movement of Doosan Excavator

 This article introduces how to solve the problem of no movement of Doosan excavator.

  Note: All models (except S55-V)

After the engine is started, press the safety lever on the left console and operate the left and right handles. The whole vehicle will not move.

   1. Checking essentials 

  a. Check that 6# fuse is not burned out, it is normal. 

 b. When it is infinity, it is normal when it is closed and it is 0.

  c resistance is 13.5 ohms normal. 

 d. Check that the valve core of the work cut-off solenoid valve is functioning normally. After e was 

disassembled, it was found that the spring in the relief valve was broken.

2. Reason: 

The spring in the relief valve is broken, causing the pilot pressure to be too low, unable to push the valve 

core to move, and the entire vehicle does not move.  

3. Treatment method: Replace the spring and clean it.

  This article mainly introduces how to replace the Doosan DA-30-5 truck filter   2023.07 Doosan DMS-5 Data Monitoring System Diagnostic Software NOTE ： Avoid spillage and   use a su itable container.   Used fuel   must be disposed of as speciied   in   nationaI   and   inter-   national   law   1. Unscrew   the   fi lter   cover   with   a   closed   tool   with   hexagon driver , e.g. socket , so   as   not   to   damage   the   fi lter   cover . 2. Lift   out   the   fi lter   cover   and   fi lter   element .   The   fi lter   housing will drain automatically.   This applies only   if the fuel   tank   is lower than the engine.
