1. Checking essentials

a. According to the faulty pilot solenoid valve G1 port, connect the low pressure gauge to check that

the pilot pressure is about 1 Sometimes the initial work is 39KG, sometimes 2-3KG

b. Connect a meter to the a3 interface of the pilot pump and measure the pressure, which is 39KG.

c. Disassemble the pilot solenoid valve and make sure that the valve core is in good condition and has

no sticking or wear. Exclude the hydraulic system. Poor system working conditions

d. When the safety lever is pressed down, measure the voltage of the pilot solenoid valve to be

24.5VDC, which is normal.

e. Measure the resistance of the pilot solenoid coil to be about 25Ω, which is normal.

f. Connect a voltmeter to terminal 4 of the pilot solenoid valve switch, and measure until the fault

occurs. is about 28VDC, normal

g. Connect a voltmeter to the pilot solenoid valve to measure the working voltage, which is 28VDC.

Sometimes an error occurs. The current phenomenon is 5-6VDC

2. Reason: According to the inspection results, it was found that the 0.85YG line from the pilot switch

to the pilot solenoid valve was damaged. place, resulting in excessive pressure drop during operation

3. Treatment method: After reconnecting and wrapping the 0.85YG wire, the test run is normal.
