How to Changing The Doosan DA-30-5 Truck Water Separating Fuel Flter

This article explains how to replace the Doosan DA-30-5 truck water separation fuel filter

 Doosan Diagnostic Tool UVIM Support Doosan Excavators High Quality

1. Close the shut-off cock (1) in the fuel pipe and

position a container under the filter.

2. Open the drain tap (2) in the filter cover and let

the fluid run down into the container.

3. Unscrew the filter cover.

4. Unscrew the filter from the filter head.

5. Discard the old filter and use a new filter.

6. Lubricate the O-ring in the filter cover with engine oil.

7. Screw the filter cover onto the new filter by hand. Make sure that the drain tap is fully closed.

8. Lubricate the O-ring on the filter with engine oil.

9. Fill the width of the filter with clean fuel.

10. Screw the filter into position until the O-ring rests against the filter head. Tighten the filter another 1/2-3/4 turn by

hand.

11. Open the shut-off cock and check the system for leaks.

12. Bleed the fuel system.

this article mainly introduces the  installation of the doosanDX340LC crawler excavator cabin 2023.07 Doosan DMS-5 Data Monitoring System Diagnostic Software 1. Using a suitable lifting device, attach slings to four lift points on top of cabin (Figure 7). NOTE: Cabin weighs approximately 290 kg (639 lb). 2. Lower cabin into position on cabin floor. 3. Install four mounting nuts on four corners of cabin floor (2, Figure 9). NOTE: Mounting nut torque 20.2 kg•m (146 ft lb) 4. Install four hex bolts (3, Figure 9) in door side of cabin floor. 5. This article describes how to install the DoosanDX340LC crawler excavator oil tank Doosan Diagnostic Tool UVIM Support Doosan Excavators High Quality 1. Install two 12 mm eyebolts in threaded holes (38 and 39, Figure 13). Using a      suitable lifting device, sling eyebolts. 2. Set fuel tank (1, Figure 13) into position. Install six bolts (8) and spacers (13) finger tight, to secure tank to frame. NOTE: The clear level gauge on the side of the tank is easily damaged. Be careful of obstacles and wind gusts. 3. Install shims (9, Figure 13) as needed to prevent tank (1) from rocking or stress from mounting bolts (8). 4. Tighten mounting bolts (8, Figure 13) after shims are installed.
